SAN JULIO REALTY INC., (SJRI)was incorporated on February 16, 1977 primarily to engage in real estate development. SJRI is a wholly owned subsidiary of San Carlos Land, Inc.
SJRI began with the development and sale of San Julio Subdivision in San Carlos City. From then on, the development and sale of other subdivision and commercial areas followed: San Juan Subdivision, Tibuco Commercial Area, St. Vincent Village, Teachers Village, among others.
In recent years, the aggressive development thrusts of SJRI resulted in the drastic change of landscape of San Carlos City. Along the main road leading to the New San Carlos City Center, SJRI transformed the once sugarcane fields into the present San Carlos City Business Park. Within this area proudly stand the testimonies to SJRI’s contribution to the fast growth of the city. The new City Hall, Heritage, Emerald Arcade and Center Mall. SJRI continues to push for an ecological balance to its infrastructure development, thus one can see wide and open spaces planted with grass and trees within the Business Park.
For the recent additions to the growing residential communities in the city, SJRI has developed a high end subdivision for sale, South Villa. SJRI also keeps its commitment towards development and sale of low-cost residential areas. Among these are projects undertaken with Julio & Florentina Ledesma Foundation, Inc. where SJRI provides the land area for the project and the Foundation provides the homes.............................................................
