JCAD INC. Signs a multi-million joint development project with San Julio Realty Inc. San Carlos City
MAKATI City –April 23, 2012 marks another milestone for JCAD-Group of Companies when a Memorandum of Agreement for a joint development project of 5-hectare property in San Carlos City was inked between JC Armamento Development Inc. and San Julio Realty Inc. “We have expanded our territories indeed!” declared the CEO/President Arniel Joshua Armamento. “After seeing the phenomenal success of Bethlehem Garden Homes in Tagbilaran and Bohol Yacht Club projects in Bien Unido, Bohol, we did not think twice to partner with JCAD-Group”, stressed the San Julio Realty Inc. Chairman, Mr. Jose Maria Zabaleta. “We want their business model, their aggressive marketing campaign and their positive outlook in business” added the Chairman of San Julio Realty Inc.
WHY San Carlos CITY?
A friend jokingly said that once you set foot on San Carlos, you wouldn’t want to leave the place and would possibly choose to retire and stay for good. Well, sounds like another old familiar hype? Not with LivCom, a non-profit UK registered company, endorsed by United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) that conducts an annual international competition to select the most livable cities in the world. With a population criteria of between 75,000 to 150,000: San Carlos City in Negros Occidental was chosen the second most livable city in the world next to Tongyeoung in South Korea. The November 2011 competition, in Songpa South Korean draw 26 nations and 77 cities vying for honors. This competition recognizes cities based on their performance on different criteria; like environmental practices, healthy lifestyle of citizens, community involvement, arts and cultural heritage. In-fact San Carlos was the only city which won the whole city award.
Being recognized in global arena, JCAD Group saw this unique and compelling opportunity to play a role that will contribute positive city developments in the area of housing and community based projects. “Our goals and missions are quite simple; we want to become a catalyst of change that will impact lives of communities wherever JCAD is operating its business. We have big plans for San Carlos and we want it soon” expressed the CEO.
